On board of this first & only à la carte dinner cruise in Amsterdam you get to enjoy culinary delights whilst enjoying ever changing views of our beautiful capital by night.

When you arrive at 8 PM, your host(ess) & captain of the evening will welcome you on board and serve you a drinks and an amuse, so your dinner cruise experience starts right away! They will also take your order for the starter & main course. After 30 minutes, the boat sets sail for a 2 hour cruise through the canals of Amsterdam. You will see beautifully lit buidlings, quaint little canals, house boats, bridges covered in lights.... There is something new to see around every corner. Meanwhile your starter & main course will be served, followed by a delicous dessert.

After a cup of coffee (or tea) with a selection of handmade chocolates, we will bring you back to our docks at the Stadhouderskade.

If you are not ready for the night to end, you can finish off your evening in style at the Holland Casino. They are located directly accross the water from our docks and free entrance is included your dinner cruise ticket!

Tenderloin carpaccio with mature Beemster cheese, pine nuts & pumpkin seeds, loose-leaf lettuce and balsamic syrup

Carpaccio of smoked salmon & halibut with loose-leaf lettuce, capers, lemon vinaigrette & dill mayonaise

Main Course

Spring chicken fillet in a red wine gravy

Italian style panga fillet marinated in sundried tomatoes (Served with vegetable tart, a dish of seasoned potatoes and a dish of vegetable salad)

Dessert

Milk-chocolate bavarois with a coulis of tangerine, seasonal fruit in orange juice marinated & a soft apricot foam.
